Apps and integrations

What the Apps gallery holds, and where the CRM connects to payment gateways, WhatsApp, phones and other tools.

Guide 6301Updated

TicAte CRM keeps extra tools out of the way until you need them. The Apps gallery holds apps that do a job for the whole workspace, such as moving your data in from another CRM. Connections to outside services, such as payment gateways or phone lines, sit with the part of the CRM that uses them.

Open Apps gallery under Apps in the left menu. Owners, admins and managers see it.

Each app opens on its own screen:

  • Lead generation: find businesses on Google Maps by kind and area, research their websites, with AI if you like, and add the right ones as leads. An owner or admin first adds the workspace's Google Maps key. Owners, admins and managers can use it.
  • Bitrix24 migrator: copy companies, contacts, leads and deals from a Bitrix24 portal, with their pipelines, stages, fields and activities, and undo it in one click. Owners and admins only. See Move your data from Bitrix24.

The apps also have their own entries under Apps in the left menu.

Bring data in from a spreadsheet

You do not need an app to load a spreadsheet: every list has its own import. See Import and export records.
