Analytics overview
Ready-made dashboards for leads, deals, activity and money, with period, person and field filters, and dashboards of your own.
Analytics turns what is in the CRM into charts and tables: where leads come from, who closes deals, how busy the team is, and how money moves. The dashboards are ready to use; you only choose the period and, if you like, one person.
Open Analytics near the top of the left menu. Owners, admins and managers can open it.
The built-in dashboards
The tabs at the top hold one dashboard each:
- Leads: new leads, conversions and conversion rate, leads by source, by responsible person, by stage and by score, and the top leads by value.
- Deals: won value, open pipeline, win rate and average won deal, won revenue per month, open pipeline by stage, performance by person, top clients and lost deals by reason.
- Activity: calls, meetings, emails and notes done, by week and by person, overdue tasks, and the records contacted most.
- Each of your own modules gets a dashboard too, such as one for client payments.
- Money: money received and paid out, what is due to you and what you owe, by month, client, vendor and deal. It appears when one of your own modules records money received or money spent, such as client payments or vendor payments.
Choose the period and the person
On the right above the charts:
- The period box offers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, All time and Custom dates…. With custom dates, pick the first and last day.
- The person box shows Everyone or one person's records.
- The refresh icon loads the figures again.
The tab, period and person are part of the page address, so you can bookmark a view or send the link to a colleague.
Narrow by any field
Under the tabs, the filter bar narrows every chart on a built-in dashboard at once: for example only leads from one source, or only deals in one pipeline. A note says how many filters are applied.
Read a chart
- Each chart has its own title, and some carry a short note on what they count.
- Click the table icon at the top right of a chart to see its numbers as a table; click again to go back to the chart.
- In tables that list records, click a name to open that lead, deal or company.
Your own dashboards
Owners and admins can build dashboards of their own and keep them as extra tabs, marked with a star. Anyone who can open Analytics sees them.

There are two ways to make the charts on them:
- Ask AI: describe the report in plain words and add the result to a dashboard. See Ask AI for a report.
- SQL lab: for people who know SQL, write a read-only query, preview it as a bar, line, table or single number, and click Save to a dashboard.
On one of your own dashboards, the pencil icon (Edit this dashboard) lets you rename it, retitle, reorder or remove charts, and switch each between half and full width. The bin icon removes the dashboard.
Saved charts follow the period and person you pick. The field filters apply to the built-in dashboards only.
