Publish a form and see submissions

Share a form as a link or QR code, put it on your website in five ways, and see every submission and what it made.

Guide 3203Updated

When the form is ready, the Publish tab gives you everything you need to put it in front of people. The Submissions tab shows what came in.

Open the form from CRM forms and choose Publish.

Under Link, copy the form's address and share it anywhere: WhatsApp, email, social media or an ad.

Put it on your website

Copy one of these snippets and paste it into your website where you want it:

  • On the page: the form itself, where you paste the snippet.
  • A button that opens it: a button; the form opens in a pop-up.
  • Your own button opens it: give any button or link on your site id="open-form" and it opens the form.
  • Opens by itself: pops up after 10 seconds on the page, once a day per visitor.
  • Floating button: a round button in the corner of every page.

The buttons use the button text and colour from the Design tab.

The QR code on the right opens the form when scanned. Press Download to save it for posters, stalls and packaging.

See what came in

The Submissions tab shows the form's Views, Submissions and Conversion, a chart of Submissions, last 30 days, and each submission with the records it made. Click a record to open it.

The form's numbers also show in the CRM forms list and at the top of the editor.

Forms also appear in Lead sources, next to the other places leads come from.
