Booking pages
Share a link where customers pick a free time with you; each booking lands on your calendar and can become a lead.
A booking page is a public link where customers choose a time with you, such as a 30-minute demo, a site visit or a support call. You set your weekly hours once. The page only offers times that are free on your calendar, so nobody books over another meeting.
When a customer books:
- the meeting goes on your calendar as an event, with the customer as the guest,
- a lead is created for them, if the page is set to do that,
- you get a notification,
- the customer gets a confirmation email, if they gave their email address.
Make a booking page
- Open Calendar and the Booking pages tab. The Booking link button at the top of the calendar takes you there too.
- Press New booking page.
- Type a Title, such as "Book a demo", and choose who the meeting is With.
- Under What visitors read, describe the meeting in a line.
- Set the times:
- Slot (min): how long each meeting is.
- Gap after (min): free time kept after each meeting.
- Book up to (days): how far ahead people can book.
- Notice (hours): how soon a meeting can start after booking.
- Under Hours, tick the days you take meetings and set the times. Press + window to add a second block on the same day, for example to leave out lunch. The times are in the time zone shown in the heading.
- Leave A booking also makes a lead ticked if each booking should create a lead.
- Leave Page is live ticked, and press Create page.
Share the link
Each page shows its link on its card. Press Copy link and put it in your email signature, a WhatsApp message, or on your website. Open shows the page as your customers see it.

The card also shows how many bookings are coming up.
Change or stop a page
Press the pencil on a page's card to change it. Untick Page is live to stop taking bookings without losing the page. Delete removes the page; bookings already made stay on the calendar.
