Products & services overview
Your catalogue of goods and services, so lines on deals, estimates and invoices fill themselves in.
The catalogue holds everything you sell: products you hand over, such as licences or boxes of stock, and services you perform, such as a training day or an hour of support. Each item keeps its price, unit, tax and HSN or SAC code, so when you pick it on a deal, estimate or invoice, the line arrives already filled in.
Open Products & services in the left menu, under CRM.
The catalogue list

The heading counts how many products and services you have. Each row shows:
- Item: the name, whether it is a product or a service, and its HSN or SAC code.
- Section: the group it is filed in.
- SKU: your own code for it.
- Stock: how many are on hand, when you keep count of stock. A count of zero or less shows in red.
- Tax: the tax rate, marked incl. when the price already includes the tax.
- Price: the price for one unit.
Click any row to open the item and see all its details.
Find an item
- Type in the search box to find an item by name, SKU, barcode, HSN or SAC.
- Use Everything, Products or Services to see one kind only.
- Use On sale to see only what you currently offer, or All to include items you have taken off sale. Items not on sale look faded.
- Click a section chip at the top to see only that section. Unfiled shows items that are in no section.
Group items into sections
Sections are like shelves: Licences, Support, Training. They make a long catalogue easier to browse.
- To add one, click Section at the end of the chips and type a name.
- To rename or remove one, click it first, then use the pencil or the cross next to its name. Removing a section keeps its items; they become unfiled.

Where the catalogue is used
When you add a line to a deal's products, an estimate or an invoice, start typing in the item box. Matching catalogue items appear with their price and tax; pick one and the line fills in. You can still change the price or quantity on that one line without changing the catalogue.
If you type something that is not in the catalogue, the list offers to add it, so a new item can be saved without leaving the page.
To add or change items, see Add a product or service. To bring in a whole price list at once, see Import and export records.
