Create a CRM form
Build a form for your website, ads or messages from the CRM's own fields; every submission lands in the CRM.
A CRM form is a form you build in the CRM and put on your website, share as a link or print as a QR code. Each submission lands in the CRM as a lead, or as a contact with their company and a deal. Nobody types anything in.
Forms are built from the CRM's own fields, so an answer goes straight into the right field. You can add questions of your own too.
You need the owner, admin or manager role to make and change forms. Deleting a form needs the owner or admin role.

Start a form
- Open CRM forms in the left menu.
- Press New form.
- Pick a template: Contact us, Call me back, Quote request, Event registration or Blank. Each says what it makes.
The form opens in the editor, with its name at the top. Change anything you like. The editor has five tabs: Form, After sending, Design, Publish and Submissions.
Add fields and questions
On the Form tab, the elements of the form are listed on the left and a Preview on the right. Use the bar under the list to add:
- CRM field: a field of the record the form makes. Search with Find a field….
- Own question: something to ask that is not a CRM field. The answer is kept in the record's Source information, or in a field of its own if you choose.
- Section, Text and Page break, to lay the form out. A page break splits it into steps.
- Consent: a tick box such as "I agree to be contacted", with a link to your privacy policy.
- Products: lets the visitor pick products. On a deal they become product lines at your catalogue prices.
Click an element to open its settings: Required, Placeholder, Help text, or Hidden — filled for them with a fixed value or one taken from the link. Use Show only when to show a field only for some answers to an earlier one.
Use the arrows to reorder and the bin to remove. Press Save at the top; the preview updates when you save.
Design it
On the Design tab, set the header picture and logo, Title on the form, Text under the title, the Button text, the Colour and a Light or Dark background.
Next steps
- Decide what each submission becomes: Choose what a form creates.
- Put it on your website: Publish a form and see submissions.
Manage your forms
The list shows each form's Views, Submissions and Conversion. The switch under On stops or restarts taking submissions; a stopped form shows "no longer available". The icons open the form, Duplicate it or Delete it. Records a deleted form made stay.
